List of short term contracts in myrentcar

Find out how to manage your list of short-term rental contracts in myrentcar.

This screen provides a quick overview of all the agency's contracts in your myrentcar car rental software.

When accessing this screen, the table appears empty by default. To display contracts, you need to perform a search.

Search all contracts

To display a list of all unbilled contracts, simply click on .

capture liste contrat cd en 1

Search for one or more contracts using a criterion

The search can be narrowed down by entering a criterion in the field provided and then clicking on the button.

This search targets the terms contained in the search field and displays results if that term appears, regardless of the term's place in the data.

If there is only one search result, myrentcar will open the corresponding contract directly.

It is possible to filter the list of contracts according to a particular criterion, such as the customer's name.

capture liste contrat cd en 2

Search for contracts by date

When managing contracts, it can be useful to search by rental time criteria. For this purpose, two frames allow you to search for contracts by targeting a period or a departure and/or return date.

ou

To target specific dates, enter a date in the field provided, or select the desired date using the calendar.

As elsewhere in myrentcar, selecting a period will automatically fill in the dates according to the current date.

Sort contract list

As elsewhere in myrentcar, you can change the way the list is displayed by sorting the table by column. To do this, once the column has been selected, click on its header to sort upwards, and click again on the header to sort downwards. An arrow will show the sorting applied.

Export contract list

Once the table has been formatted, you can export the list of contracts as a spreadsheet by clicking on the button.

Create a new short term contract

Myrentcar offers several ways to create a short-term contract:

  • From the schedule.
  • From the current list by clicking on the button.
  • From an existing document (using the action buttons).
  • From an existing contract (using the action buttons).

Whichever method is chosen, myrentcar opens a new form for the contract to be added and guides the user through the various tabs (as when creating a quote or booking).
