      Myrentcar 2.6.1 patch note

      Discover the new features and fixes of the myrentcar 2.6.1 update.

      The new version 2.6.1 of the myrentcar software includes highly anticipated updates to optimize pricing and vehicle management, including the integration of an up-to-date vehicle database and the introduction of yield management tools.

      Developments

      • Vehicle Database Integration: As part of quotelio, myrentcar now relies on OpenFlex's API to ensure an always up-to-date vehicle database in less than 48 hours. This API enables the automatic import and update of vehicle brands, models, and versions, as well as essential data for long-term lease (LT) contract pricing.
      • Yield Management:
        • New Pricing Simulation Interface: Users can now visualize in real-time the impact of price adjustments based on various yield rules, with precise filters to refine their analysis.
        • New Pricing Adjustment Grid: Allows defining specific adjustments over a given period and configuring vehicle categories and booking dates based on the selected rate.
        • Parent-Child Pricing: A child rate can now be linked to a parent rate, enabling more flexible offer management.
      • LT Payment: Added an insertion sequence for payment processing in the LT contract creation method via web services. This enhancement automates the entry of initial increased lease payments made before vehicle delivery.
      • LT Vehicle Return:
        • The default grid view now displays only active returns.
        • Added new columns to the grid: Status, Date, User, Branch, Contract.
      • Field Size Expansion: Expanded field sizes (up to 200 characters) are now fully usable in myrentcar interfaces.

      Fixes

      • Equipment: Unable to delete equipment from the equipment record.
      • Various Sales Order Tile - General Invoicing: The table did not display any data.
      • Tracking - LT Amendments & Vehicle Usage: Error when executing the query.
      • Reports & Tracking: Email sending did not include additional attachments.
      • Support - Customer Fleet Status Procedure: Fixed a blocking issue.
      • Disputes: Sorting and search malfunction in the "Duration" column.
      • Statistics: Date sorting was not working.
      • Tabulator Lists: Errors in displaying results.
      • Customer Registry: Due date was not saved when creating a new payment.
      • Quotelio: Sorting and search issues in multiple lists.
      • Quotelio Analysis Center: Fixed an infinite loading issue.
      • Quotelio - Back Office: Error message when creating a custom entry if no item was selected.
      • Accounting Export: Missing data after the 8th page.
      • External Purchase Order Creation: Error message when adding an LT link.
      • History Logging Issue: Fixed the logging method.
      • Mid-term contracts: Contract preview issue during renewal.
      • Pricing Query Tool: Unable to add services in the pricing grid.
      • Booking: Accounting model changed when converting a booking into a contract.
      • Various Sales List: Opening in a new tab did not work.
