Myrentcar 2.7 patch note

Version 2.7 of myrentcar introduces major new features to enhance your rental fleet management! The new service and rate options make management easier, ST movements now include an LT link to automatically retrieve replacement mileage, and myrentcarservices offers new APIs to access Long-Term Rental claims.

Developments

  • Services: Increased service label length to 200 characters.
  • Services: Added a default service type. This type will be used when inserting a non-configured service into the current rate grid.
  • Myrentcarservices:
    • Added additional fields to the methods for creating and updating Agencies (Accounting Models).
    • Introduced new methods—GetListeSinistres, GetListeSinistresClientPeriode, and GetListeSinistresPeriode—to retrieve information about claims related to Long-Term (LT) documents.
  • Rates: Added a new price management mode, allowing sorting from highest to lowest price.
  • ST Movements: Added an LT link to ST movements, enabling replacement mileage to be automatically retrieved as mileage on an ST movement.
  • Purchasing: "Contact" emails are now available in the list of suggested email addresses when sending an email.
  • Payment Status Reports: Improved readability of editing criteria.
  • Global Settings: Added an option to remove the sender's email from the default recipients.
  • LT Schedule: Added customer information when preparing an email for sending.
  • Customer/Supplier Search Grid: Added a "Postal Code" column to the search grid.
  • Orders and Purchase Orders Grid: Added a "Rebilling" column to the search grid.
  • Accounting Entries Input: Added an option to enable or disable the duplication of the accounting document number.
  • ST Documents: Added a user function to allow or prevent downgrading on a rate.

Fixes

  • Vehicles: Fixed an issue with the initialization of the registration date during vehicle duplication, which previously displayed inconsistent data.
  • Rate Increase: Corrected the list of available rates during a bulk modification of a rate grid, which showed too many results in certain scenarios.
  • Planning: Fixed the list of available agencies in the planning view, which did not include external agencies.
  • ST Documents: Corrected the discount field, which previously allowed the authorized limit to be exceeded in certain cases.
  • Miscellaneous Sales: Fixed a display issue on the miscellaneous sales screen.
