Patch Note myrentcar 2.12

The myrentcar software version 2.12 is primarily a stability update. It includes numerous fixes aimed at strengthening the software’s reliability and improving its performance. At the same time, our teams have also developed several enhancements to expand the platform’s features and support you even more effectively.

Developments

• Password security enhancement
  Protecting your employees’ and customers’ data is a priority. In this version, myrentcar includes default settings that comply with current security standards for password management. A dedicated support campaign will be rolled out to guide each customer through updating their access credentials, with no service interruption.
• Vehicle reference data enrichment via OpenFlex / Quotelio
  As part of the vehicle reference data integration, myrentcar now uses OpenFlex reference data directly within the vehicle record. Your teams can select the make, model and Quotelio version, enter options and equipment using editable grids, and retrieve this reliable information, stored persistently in the database.
• Infolegale integration, scoring and monitoring for business customers
  Assess and secure your relationships with business customers without leaving myrentcar. The integration with Infolegale now provides access to a customer’s financial score, enables active monitoring of their situation with alerts in the event of legal or financial changes, and automatically fills in a company’s identity data.

This myrentcar update also comes with version 2.1 of myrentpad, which introduces the creation of non-revenue movements directly from the vehicle check-in/check-out application.
