Vehicles alert in myrentcar

Find out how to manage your vehicles alerts in myrentcar.

Once you've created and configured your alerts in your myrentcar car rental management system, let's take a look at how to set up alerts on vehicle files.

The first step is to enter the "VEHICLES" menu 

 The window will appear empty, as shown below.

 However, to display the list of vehicles and search for the vehicle on which you wanted to set an alert, click on the button .

Once clicked, select the vehicle by clicking on it, and the vehicle file will open.

Then click on the tab .

The second step is to select the alert family on the zone and which will then display the lists.

Once you choose the alert group, the window below will appear, displaying the alert types; then make your choice by checking the boxes in the “SELECTION” column.

 Finally, click on the "VALIDATE" button.

Allows you to add new alert types. But if there are no elements to create, the notification will be displayed.

You can still make changes by clicking on the button and the window below will appear.

For "Alert", the zones : and : are automatically completed according to the settings in the back office.

The field is not mandatory. Free text.

It is noted that in the "Alert" frame there is the zone .

There are 3 choices:

  : This means that as soon as the alert is triggered, the vehicle is blocked for rental.

If this option is selected, the vehicle will be blocked from rental when the alert date, mileage or time is reached.

: The vehicle is always available for rental.

When you have completed your modification, press the "VALIDATE" button.

If you want to delete an alert, select it and press the .

Finally, click on the "SAVE" button in the bottom menu bar.
