Find out how to manage your list of short-term rental quotes in myrentcar.
In your myrentcar car rental management software, you can make estimates for short-term rentals. These quotes can then be converted into reservations or contracts.

To see the list of ST quotes, go to the ST quote menu.
This menu allows you to quickly view the complete list of the agency's ST quotes.
When you access this screen, the table is empty by default. To display the list of ST quotes, click on the 
button.
Search by quote type
Selecting a quote type is mandatory to display results. By default, the "On-going" type will be selected.
"All" : Select to display all quotations that have been created.
" On-going" : Select to display quotations that have not been converted into reservations or contracts.
"Transformed" : Select to display only quotations that have been transformed into reservations or contracts.
Search for one or more quotes using a criterion
The search can be narrowed down by entering a criterion in the field provided and then clicking on the 
button.
This search targets the terms contained in the search field and displays results if that term appears, regardless of the term's place in the data. The search is performed in the following columns: Number, Vehicle number, Registration, Customer name, Shortcut.
If there is only one result to the search, myrentcar will open the corresponding quote directly.
For example, it's possible to filter the list of ST quotes according to a particular criterion, such as vehicle number.
When searching on 1 or 2 letters or numbers, the results containing this criterion may be numerous. This may not be precise enough, in which case the search needs to be better defined, or the quote needs to be found on another results page.
Search for quotes by date
allow you to search for quotes by targeting a period or a departure and/or return date.

As elsewhere in myrentcar, selecting a period will automatically fill in the dates according to the current date.
Display all quote search results
You don't need to load to see the whole list, just use the drop-down menu on your mouse to see the rest of the list.
Sort short-term quote list
As elsewhere in myrentcar, you can change the way the list is displayed by sorting the table by column. To do this, once the column has been selected, click on its header to sort upwards, and click again on the header to sort downwards. An arrow will show the sorting applied.
Export short-term quote list
Once the table has been formatted, you can export the list of quotations as a spreadsheet by clicking on the 
button.
Create a new short-term quote
Myrentcar offers several options for creating a short-term quote :
- From the planning.
- From this list by clicking on the
button. - Or from an existing quote (using the action buttons)
Whichever method is chosen, myrentcar opens a new form for the quote to be added and guides the user through the various tabs.
To enter the information required to add a quotation, fill in the fields according to need (mandatory fields are marked with a red asterisk).
As the customer is mandatory, it is possible to add a new customer from the quotation creation stage. To do so, go to the "Customer" tab, click on 
and enter the required information.
Use the action buttons below the frames to navigate through the various tabs (Previous and Next buttons) and to finalize the addition (Cancel or Finish buttons).
The display of the quote during creation differs from the display of the validated quote. The latter features additional tabs for adding details. All information entered during creation can be consulted and modified once the quote has been validated.
