Patch Note myrentcar 2.10

Discover the new features and fixes of the myrentcar 2.10 update.

Myrentcar 2.10 kicks off the year with performance in mind! This new version of your car rental management solution enhances violation management, long-term rental pricing, and vehicle master data enrichment to further strengthen reliability, process automation, and fleet optimization.

Developments

  • Violations (ANTAI v2)

    The ANTAI connector has been upgraded to version 2 to improve the reliability of data exchanges and the processing of violation notices. This update enhances data retrieval and overall stability of the Violations module.

  • OpenFlex (vehicle master data)

    As part of the use of Quotelio (long-term pricing tool), OpenFlex features have been enhanced with:

    • Automatic retrieval of version pricing.

    • Removal of duplicate options and equipment.

    • Corrections to labels and dropdown list behavior.

  • General myrentcar updates

    Several new building blocks are now integrated into myrentcar:

    • Full management of vehicle brands, models, and versions. In connection with the new vehicle data available on vehicle records, configuration menus have been added to the back office and populated with a default master database.

    • Full fuel type management with company-specific settings.

    • Discount management by number of days.

    • Probable return management.

The following elements have been added or enhanced:

    • Addition of validation checks, depending on third-party title.

    • Changes to the behavior of IBAN updates on contracts.

  • Reports and documents

    • New report template: “LT Amendment List”.

    • Enhancement of the “Violation Notice Letter” template with new fields.

    • Availability of new fields in reports and dashboards, related to the previously mentioned modules (particularly vehicle data).

  • Purchases

    Increase of the “Purchase Operation Description” field length to support up to 200 characters.

  • Planning and customer records

    Addition of new fields in the Planning module. Purchase order numbers and coverage contract numbers will now be displayed directly on planning documents, when available.

  • myrentcarservices

    Enhancement of the GetDispoVehiculeTarif method. To reduce response times for calls that could return a large number of results, a new parameter has been added to limit the number of vehicles returned per category.

  • Overbooking management

    Overbooking management is now available to improve fleet and reservation optimization. This new menu, accessible via the back office, allows users to override standard restrictions that would normally prevent multiple reservations from being assigned to the same vehicle.

Alongside myrentcar 2.10, we have also deployed version 2.0 of myrentpad. If you are not yet using our new vehicle inspection application, now is the perfect time to take advantage of all its new features!
