Patch Note myrentcar 2.9

Version 2.9 of myrentcar marks an important milestone in the evolution of your vehicle rental solution. This new version notably includes a complete overhaul of the infraction management system with direct connection to ANTAI, as well as an initial modernization of input grids for faster and more intuitive processing. It also brings major optimizations to leasing documents and improvements to myrentcar services, credalis, and quotelio.

Developments

• Infractions: Complete overhaul of the Ticket Management system (Contract update required).
  
  Hitechsoftware is now an accredited hub, allowing direct retrieval of infraction data from ANTAI.
  
  The ticket management menus have been updated accordingly to provide smoother processing, while preserving as much of the previous workflows as possible.
  
  • In-progress saving is now available.
  • The designation menu has evolved from a “Company” or “Driver” designation to a single designation: “Offender.”
  • Processing can now be done at any time, no longer limited to specific hours.
• Purchases: Redesign of the input grid.
  The first step in redesigning myrentcar grids has been deployed in the Purchases module. This grid allows faster processing with the option to work entirely via keyboard input.
• Document search: A new search option has been added in “Document search,” allowing searches by “Driver Name.”
• Long-term documents : Reintroduction of the Amendments feature. Previously available in rentcar, this feature has been redeveloped for myrentcar. After configuration in the back office, it allows you to prepare amendments for LT contracts, to be applied when needed.
• Long-term documents : Adjustment of the “Ongoing Replacement Vehicle” feature to display replacement vehicles across all relevant document types.
• Long-term documents : Addition of a column in the LT file list showing the type (Medium or Long Term).
• Long-term documents : Addition of a column in the purchase operations list linked to LD documents, displaying key information from the LT file for easier identification.
• Long-term documents : Change in behavior when creating a fee from an LT document: the accounting model applied will now be inherited from the original LT document.
• mrcServices: Update to the CreerReservation method; it now manages driver creation in the same way as the CreerConducteurWS method.
• Credalis: Added ability to delete unposted installments.
• Quotelio: Added Openflex functionalities (subscription required); options are now customizable and usable in your spreadsheet.
