Find out how to track, manage and set your statistics and indicators in myrentcar.
Your myrentcar car rental statistics software gives all its users access to all the data available in their database. The "Statistics" menu is designed to collect information and download it in various formats.
This section allows you to manage all your customer files. It provides access to all customer data, such as sales figures by month, by type of contract, alerts, number of files of each type, etc.
Access to the statistics interface
The "Statistics" menu is accessible via the « Dashboard », and is presented as shown here:
Click on the menu to access the statistics.
Statistics sheet
The interface offers several choices. Data is displayed in tables or graphs.
Tabs can be customized according to the user's needs.
The form is presented as follows:
Statistics functions
On each tab header are two buttons.
This button opens a pop-up window displaying the tab definition.
This button updates the information displayed in the.
The data displayed can be filtered using the filters on the right of the tab.
Here is a preview of the filters for the "TO/MONTH ST" tab:
For this tab, you can filter the result by ability, company, agency and vehicle type.
These filters vary according to the nature of the data in the tab.
Export statistics.
Tab values can be exported by clicking on the 
, the downloaded file is in Excel format, as indicated by the icon.
Note that this option is only available for tables.
It is also possible to export all results in "PNG" format by clicking on the 
interface header.
Statistics settings
Myrentcar allows you to customize and configure the display of the statistics tabs, i.e. you can display only the data you're interested in.
It should be noted that this step is exclusively available to account administrators, to avoid false manipulations.
- The first step is to enter the front office, then click on "Profiles list" in the "Profiles" menu.
This interface is the profile management page.
- Select the profile in question (in the field on the left of the image), then click on the
. - Once selected, the dashboard menus appear. Select "Statistics", then click on
at the bottom of the page.
You will be directed to this interface below. Three menus are available for editing: "General", "Group management", "Statistics management".
- Enter "Statistics management" on the left-hand block and the available tabs will appear.
- To finalize, select the "Statistics" tab from the list on the right, then move the options you want to the list of active tabs on the left. Click on
to confirm.
