Find out how to view and manage your schedule in myrentcar
The schedule can be accessed from any screen in the myrentcar car rental management software by clicking on the 
icon in the header bar.
It is automatically populated by documents created in myrentcar. The schedule is interactive, allowing you to create and modify documents directly.
Here's an example of a completed schedule:
Schedule display management
This bar is used to manage the schedule display.
: Reminder of the date used to display the schedule.
: Enter a specific criterion to target one or more vehicles, such as a trailer.
: Select or deselect one or more vehicle categories by clicking on them. A category is selected when it is colored.
: Search for a customer by entering the beginning of the required field (name, number, etc.).
The search filters results that begin with the criterion entered. For example, to find the customer named "EXEMPLE AIR", enter "Example", not "AIR".
As elsewhere in myrentcar, if there is only one search result, it will be automatically selected. If there is more than one result, select the desired customer and the schedule will be automatically updated to show only the vehicles linked to the customer over the visible period.
: This button brings up the user's display settings window. In this window, you can select the ranges to be displayed and apply a targeted filter.
The first part of the user settings window concerns the ranges displayed on the schedule, i.e. the ranges allowing action to be taken on the vehicles. Depending on requirements, the user can deactivate the display of certain activities and/or documents, as well as additional information.
The second part of the same window lets you filter results by vehicle category and agency code. It is possible to target a specific date, such as an earlier date, to find a contract or perform analyses, for example.
: This button refreshes the schedule display.
: This button provides easy access to the table's operation legend. Each activity corresponds to a color, so this button makes recall quick and easy.
