Find out how to manage your list of vehicles on order in myrentcar.
The list of vehicles on order contains all vehicles on orders with a status of "released", "sent" or "partially delivered". If your order is in "initiated" or "delivered" status, you won't be able to find these vehicles in this list.
Access the list of vehicles on order
In the dashboard, click on found under the "Orders" screen and select "List of vehicles on order" in your myrentcar vehicle rental management software.
Example:
When accessing this screen, the table appears empty by default, with the message "No data to display". To display orders, it is necessary to perform a search.
To display the list of vehicles on order, click on the button.
Filter the list of vehicles on order
You can filter the list of vehicles on order using the following options:
Vehicles for a specific order
To display vehicles from a particular order, type the criterion in the field provided, then click on the button.
This search targets the terms contained in the search field and displays results if this term appears in a column, regardless of the column or the place of the term in the data.
Example:
A search using order number 3.
All vehicles linked to this order are displayed.
Oder date and period
You can filter the list between specific dates to display vehicles from orders created between those dates:

Alternatively, you can choose a time period, for a more targeted search.
To search by period, you have the following options:
- Day
- Week
- Rolling week
- Month
- Previous month
- Year
- Previous year
Supplier
You can filter the list by supplier:
Status
You can filter the list according to one of the available "statuses":
Include vehicle witch delivery date
To display the delivered vehicles of a partially delivered order, you need to activate the following option:
Planned delivery date
To filter between scheduled delivery dates, fill in the period of the scheduled delivery date:
Model
To filter on a particular model, the following field is available:
Owning agency
If you have several agencies, you can filter by owner agency:
Modify one or more vehicles on order
To modify one or more vehicles linked to an order :
1.Filter the list on the order concerned to display all the vehicles in that order.
2.Select one or more vehicles in the list by clicking on their rows.
3.Click on "Modify".
A new window appears with information on the selected vehicles.
In the "common" tab, you can modify the information that these vehicles
have in common:
And in each vehicle-specific tab, you can enter detailed information:
When you have finished, save the changes by clicking on .
