Find out how to manage miscellaneous sales quotation in myrentcar
It is possible to create quotations which can be transformed into miscellaneous sales quotation once validated by the customer in your myrentcar car rental software package.
List of miscellaneous sales quotations

Search for one or more quotations converted into sales orders
It is possible to target the search according to the use of the quotation, and thus find quotations that have been validated (i.e. transformed into vouchers). To do this, use the frame to select the criterion.
"Yes" : Check to search for quotations transformed into vouchers only.
"No" : Check to search for quotations that have not been converted into vouchers only.
"All" : Tick to search for all Miscellaneous Sales quotations (processed or not).
Other incomes quotation
Some customers may request a Miscellaneous Sales quote. Myrentcar allows you to create estimates and transform them into vouchers once the estimate has been validated by the customer.
Once on the Miscellaneous Sales quote, an action banner appears at the bottom of the page. The buttons are similar to the actions linked to the IQ voucher, except for the last action in the banner.
This button transforms the miscellaneous sales quote into a miscellaneous sales voucher.
When the mouse hovers over the icons, a description of the action quickly appears.
The information to be entered on miscellaneous sales quotations is the same as for the voucher (see corresponding documentation), except that the "Payment" tab is omitted from the quotation.
Once the quotation has been validated by the customer, access the document via the list of quotations or by searching for it using the quotation number. Then click on the transformation button. This action opens the voucher with the quotation information.
