Find out how to manage the miscellaneous sales voucher list in myrentcar.
Miscellaneous Sales Vouchers can be used to invoice a wide range of services, with or without a link to a rental contract in your myrentcar car rental system.
For example, it is possible to invoice a cleaning service for a customer's vehicle or for a fleet vehicle if this service has been omitted from an invoiced contract.

When accessing the Miscellaneous Sales Vouchers section, the first screen provides a quick overview of the agency's complete list of vouchers.
When accessing this screen, the table appears empty by default, with the message "No data to display". To display the vouchers, you need to perform a search.
See all Miscellaneous Sales Vouchers
To display the list of Miscellaneous Sales slips, click on the 
button.
There's no need to load the entire list, just use your mouse to scroll down to see the rest of the list.
Search for Miscellaneous Sales Vouchers by customer/vehicle
To display specific Miscellaneous Sales Vouchers, enter the criteria in the appropriate field and click on the 
button.
This search targets the terms contained in the search field and displays results if this term appears in the Customer Number, Vehicle Number, Customer Title or Registration, regardless of where the term appears in the data.
For example, it is possible to display the list of other sales slips by vehicle, thus showing only those related to the targeted vehicle.
If you search on a letter or a number, the results displayed contain your criteria. For example, if you search for a voucher by vehicle make and enter "RE", all matching vouchers will be displayed, including vouchers for customers whose names begin with these letters, even if the vehicle registration does not contain these letters.
Search for one or more Miscellaneous Sales Vouchers by accounting criterion
The search can be targeted by accounting type: Credit (negative amount) or Sales (positive amount). To do this, use the frame to select the criterion.
"Yes": Check to search for negative Miscellaneous Sales slips only.
"No": Check to search for positive Sundry Sales slips only.
"All" : Check to search for all Sundry Sales slips (positive and negative).
Sort the list of Miscellaneous Sales Vouchers
As elsewhere in myrentcar, you can change the way the list is displayed by sorting the table by column. To do this, once the column has been selected, click on its header to sort upwards, and click again on the header to sort downwards. An arrow will show the sorting applied.
Export list of miscellaneous Sales Vouchers
Once the table has been formatted, you can export the list of Miscellaneous Sales orders as a spreadsheet by clicking on the 
button.
Create a new Miscellaneous Sales Vouchers
There are several ways to create a Miscellaneous Sales voucher in myrentcar:
- Via the Dashboard, using the actions linked to miscellaneous sales orders,
- By transforming a Miscellaneous Sales quote,
- Via the list of Miscellaneous Sales orders by clicking on the
button, - Via Short or Long Term Contracts (see corresponding Documentation),
- Via an existing Miscellaneous Sales Order (by using the action buttons).
