Find out how to invoice in myrentcar.
Once the contract has been verified, click on the 
button for invoicing. This is located at the bottom of the screen, on the action bar.
Depending on your settings, your myrentcar vehicle rental management solution opens a window in which you can select the desired Invoice template. Once the template has been selected, the invoice preview allows a final check.
Warning : Once an invoice has been validated, it cannot be modified. Thus, if payment of the amount due is not entered, the invoice will show the amount still to be paid by the customer.
Click on 
to confirm invoice creation, or on 
to return to the contract and make any necessary changes.
When billing is validated, the contract disappears and only the invoice is accessible. This is presented in the same way as a Short-Term Contract (see corresponding documentation). However, the data cannot be modified, and only a few functions are accessible.
