Tariff list in myrentcar

Find out how to manage your tariff and price list in myrentcar

Of course, your myrentcar car rental system also offers the possibility of managing short-term rental rates.

The aim of this documentation is to explain the basic management of a short-term tariff, i.e. how to create, consult and add services, etc…

To manage tariffs, you must have administrative rights to the database.

Prior configuration is required to manage tariffs (vehicle types and categories, specific annual periods, services, conditions of application).

To access the tariffs, go to the myrentcar Backoffice and click on the Tariff block. This screen gives you a quick overview of all the agency's tariffs.

When accessing this screen, the table appears empty by default, with the message "No data to display". To display the rates, it is necessary to perform a search.

Search all tariffs

To display a list of all tariffs, simply click on .

Search for one or more tariffs using a criterion

The search can be narrowed down by entering a criterion in the field provided and then clicking on the button.

This search targets the terms contained in the search field and displays the results if this term appears in the code or title.

If there is only one search result, myrentcar will open the corresponding rate.

You can filter the list of tariffs by a particular term.

When searching for 1 or 2 letters or numbers, many results may contain this criterion. It may not be specific enough, in which case the search needs to be better defined, or the price needs to be found on another results page.

Display all search results

You don't need to load to see the whole list, just use your mouse to scroll down to see the rest of the list.

Export tariff list

Once the table has been formatted, you can export the price list as a spreadsheet by clicking on the button.

Create a new tariff

Myrentcar offers several ways of creating a price list:

  • Either from the present list by clicking on the button
  • From an existing tariff (using the action buttons)
