Sort vehicles on schedule
To sort this list in your myrentcar vehicle rental management software, select the information to be sorted on. This sorting will be attached to the user's profile and will then apply to that user.
By default, a second sort by mileage is defined. Once the list of vehicles has been sorted by category, they are then sorted in ascending order of mileage.
Description of vehicle stickers on the schedule
By default, the basic display is set as shown in the example below.

Each vehicle sticker has a color in front of it. This color indicates the agency where the vehicle is located.
For example, a vehicle belonging to one branch and located in another branch will appear in the color of the second branch, with a symbol indicating that the vehicle does not belong to the branch in which it is located.
: This vehicle belongs to one branch but is currently positioned in another.
Additional vehicle information on the schedule
To find out more about the vehicle, click on its thumbnail. This will open a window, directly on the schedule, displaying some additional information, including free-form questions.
On the same window are two action buttons linked to the chosen vehicle.
: This button opens the vehicle file.
: This button displays the vehicle's position.
To close this additional information window, click elsewhere on the schedule.
Vehicle alerts on the schedule
Certain signs can appear on a vehicle's sticker to quickly indicate events related to that vehicle.
: This signal indicates that there are active alerts on the vehicle.
: This signal indicates that priority alerts are active on the vehicle.
If an alert is active on a vehicle, this will be indicated when a document is created.
